Gratitude for life

Gratitude for life I’ve got a task for you. I’ve got a process that I want you to do for the next fifteen minutes. This process is about changing your focus. It’s about having gratitude for your life, because if you feel an “attitude of gratitude,” you’re going to shift your focus onto the good things that you already have.

You’re going to shift the way that you think and therefore you’re going to start to attract the things that you want, to be your potential, so your mind and body can truly have gratitude for life. I want you to write down in the Gratitude Section (See below for an example - but read on first) at the end of this chapter) all the things that you appreciate in your life. And you may think, “But I don’t like anything in my life.” Well, that’s rubbish. There is always something!

Change your focus. You can appreciate that you’ve made the decision today to go ahead and read this whole book and get your life back in order. You can appreciate that you have clothes that you’re wearing right now (which I hope you are, by the way, because that may freak me out!).

You can appreciate that you have a house or a roof over your head. You can appreciate that you may have some family and friends. You can have the appreciation that you’re able to read this book with your eyes. You can have appreciation about the life outside, if you really think about all the beauty out there. You can appreciate so many things -- if you change your focus. The power of focus is amazing in getting your results.

So I want you to write down every day for the next seven days (and every week after, really). I want this to become a habit inside of you, that you write down every morning ten things that you appreciate, even if they’re the same things every day. When you start appreciating them and getting the feeling of gratitude as you’re writing them down, really being thankful that you have them in your life, then your mind and body will begin to shift its perception throughout the rest of the day, searching for more things appreciate and attract into your life. So go ahead right now and start that process. Write down ten things that you really appreciate and you have gratitude for.

I really appreciate you taking this journey
