Practical Process For Finding Lost Items
Have you lost something or misplaced an item and wish to find it? Your unconscious mind is your very own lost and found store room. It remembers everything and can recall it.
As you go to sleep, hold an imagine in your mind as to what you wish to find, and just focus on it, thinking how important it is to remember and how it will help you once you have, then ask inside 'Speaking to my unconscious mind, find, seek, remember (the item/thing) and provide/show me where it is' and do that for 5-10 minutes before sleep and notice what happens.
As you go to sleep your handing over control to your unconscious, and by doing the above you are doing the same thing. Your conscious mind is the goal setter, and your unconscious mind is the goal getter and the above should really help you.
