Your Suggestions Become Your Evaluations

Today I want to talk to you about expectations and evaluations. By that I mean your expectations for yourself and others as those expectations become evaluations of what is possible and what is not possible. This is because your expectations become suggestions to your unconscious mind - whether your thoughts are positive or negative, those will become suggestions to your unconscious mind.
If your unconscious mind is listening to the fears, thoughts, doubts or maybe the things that you don’t want in your life, your mind is absorbing it.
