Let Go & Dance Hypnosis

I was sent in a lovely request from a guy who wanted to no longer be self conscious and anxious when dancing. This can be a big issue for people. In fact I’m not really a dancer (my friends can testify to that one!) and it can be a very anxious process. The thoughts of what people thinking and how we are looking. Whereas in reality I can pretty much guarantee no one is thinking anything – I mean are we really that important and special that people want to see us, critic us and even care what we’re doing?? Hmmm I don’t think so. But we create these thoughts, beliefs and feelings as if they were true and that’s the issue here. We need to get back in control and simply let go and enjoy ourselves.

Law of Assumption - N. Goddard

Hi Guys, It’s been a while hasn’t it? I’ve been running a long training and its took up all my time and energy.

But my diary is relatively nice and clear to invest my time in you.

In this coaching podcast I go into how a wonderful quote,(a mindset to me) which can transform your life when you adapt it into your life.

I remember reading this excellent book by the author Neville Goddard called The Power of Awareness, before I get into the quote on the podcast mp3 free download here is a little bit about Neville.

Neville Goddard (1905-1972) was an influential Metaphysics teacher. In his early lectures and books Neville dealt solely with what he called The Law, the technique of creating one's physical reality through imagining. It is this portion of his expression that most closely accords with the teachings of the 'so called' New Thought movement.

In The Power Of Awareness book (A classic by Neville Goddard),  He gives the readers the necessary tools to understand and manifest what they desire in their lives. The author does this without invoking the bondage of dogma found in so many religions and paths with masters. Instead of relying on religious doctrine or the "wisdom" of a master, he shows that we can be our own masters of destiny working with the God power within us.
