16 year anniversary

I have been doing hypnosis for 16 years! That totally blows my mind.  What I find really really important about that is that when you decide to do something and when you decide that you want more or you want to make a change, you never know where your life will take you.

I used to have crazy anxiety, I used to blush all the time, I had social anxiety, I used to be terrible at school and I just lived in constant fear and dread each and every day.  It was horrible for me.  So having tried lots of different things I almost gave up and just thought this is who I am and I am going to be like that for the rest of my life.  I almost played into that role of being anxious.  My limiting belief about myself had an impact on my health, my relationships, school and I dropped out of college.  

So I struggled in life, but I came to the decision that I had to change.  In this audio I tell you how I turned my life around.   With the right tools, I let go of my anxiety for good and I then went on to achieve more than I could ever imagine.
