This is the first question I have received and below is my answer to it:
Question: Hey Joseph, I have benefited so much from your audios both purchased ones and free podcasts etc thank you so much. My question is in regard to my fear of cancer. I also feel that in the 'education' of the public by health departments whilst this is a good thing in one way, it is bad in the other as it means cancer is more in our thoughts than it might be otherwise. My mum and my brother both died of different cancers. I have tried to shed myself of this fear but whilst it wanes it never disappears. Then I worry because I am worrying about it and that could cause cancer to manifest! Round it goes. Love to hear your thoughts thanks.
