Author Sandy Newbigging Interviews Joseph Clough

Now available on the Complete Life Mastery programme – here .....So as I woke up this morning I received a text from a super cool guy, author and teacher Sandy Newbigging, he asked me if I liked to be interviewed on his Radio show a few hours later in the day. So as soon as I could wake my mind up (it is a Sunday after all ;) without hesitation I said ‘hell yes’.

I met Sandy around a year ago and since we must met I had an instant connection with him, he comes from the same place as me, simply wanting to share the truth of how awesome you are and I am pleased call him a friend.

So Sandy asked some kickass questions on the subject ‘How can we manage our emotions’. This opened up a whole range of questions of how we can manage our state of mind, even deal with beliefs and behaviours.

I go into a quick but transformational process on how we can instantly change any issue by getting back in rapport into your mind, your body, your true self.
