I fear I may go backwards

Worrying about going backwards is a very common worry. Many people say they are worried they will go backwards in their progress or go back to their old issues.
When we have had our issues for a while - sometimes years - those negative beliefs and thoughts can become ingrained, however as we begin to change and awaken to new mind sets we can learn how to cement these new positive beliefs and behaviours in our minds so that the they become our reality by replacing the negative issues which hold us back.
