So what are we refusing? Lets word it differently - what are we participating in? Are we participating in the stress in our life? Are we participating in other peoples issues? Are we participating in other people;s stresses which aren’t actually yours?
Are we participating in the right things? Are you feeding your mind with the right things? Are you feeding your body with the right things? Are you participating in stress, doubt, scarcity, politics or in the economy? Everything which we interact with we are choosing to participate in.
In this video we discover that we do not have to participate in anything which holds us back or may effect us negatively. You can then start to put all that energy on yourself and become a shining example to all those around you in your life.
