A very talented person on my Facebook page did this beautiful song, she is so talented. She says this "I have been housebound with severe anxiety / adrenal exhaustion / agoraphobia the last 5 years. Music always been my therapy, but JC hypnotherapy app on my iPhone has, in the last 2 months, got me out driving a little again, even bought a car so I could. Confidence in myself growing daily from listening to your recordings. Making a huge difference in my life! Greater sense of well-being cos of less anxiety - so more energy, more calm and clear, higher self-esteem and confidence - all important if I'm going to have a go of living my dream. :) (Still a long way to go, so yay for music and JC!)"
