Your Shadow

In this video I explain how your shadow can be your light - it sounds very weird - but what do I really mean?
When I am saying shadow I am talking about our issues and the things which hold us back. However that darkness or the shadow of our issues can actually lead us forward. We can allow that shadow, that fear and doubt to actually be our light. We can choose to see it as something that is going to help us to grow and allow us to get better.
I do this all the time and I promise you that it is one of the things which made a huge change in my life – it’s taking responsibility and seeing every problem as an opportunity to grow.
